Machine introduction
The alternating dual-platform mesh welding machine is dedicated to small, irregular and complex custom mesh panels that cannot be produced on fully automatic equipment. It is suitable for hardware mesh, shaped protective mesh, small cage panels and precision non-standard mesh. Two independent travelling fixture platforms alternate between loading, welding and unloading. While one platform is being welded, the operator prepares wire on the other. The parallel workflow eliminates idle time and keeps the equipment operating continuously.
