Machine introduction
The fully automatic Split-Set production line is designed for continuous, high-volume anchor production. It automatically completes steel-strip feeding, decoiling, roll forming, necking, cutting, ring forming, ring welding and finished-product discharge. The entire cycle runs without manual intervention. A centralized intelligent PLC system controls the line. Replacing a small number of forming rolls and accessories or adjusting operating parameters allows one line to produce several anchor diameters, improving output, stabilizing product quality and significantly reducing production and labor costs.

How do I switch the line to produce another specification?
When switching production to another specification, follow these steps: 1. Calculate the incoming material width required for the new specification and replace the material. 2. Replace the forming-machine tooling (either replace the forming rolls only or replace the complete forming unit). 3. Replace the cutting and necking dies and the ring-forming die. 4. Adjust the ring-welding fixture and the truss-welding fixture.
