Machine introduction
This equipment is a dedicated automated line for mining anchor plate production. It integrates strip-steel decoiling, leveling, servo feeding and hydraulic press forming. After the strip is loaded, the line automatically performs leveling and feeding, hole punching and press forming. Changing the dies enables the production of anchor plates and cable-bolt plates in several specifications. The complete line is PLC-controlled and highly integrated, substantially reducing manual operation and ensuring consistent finished products. It is suitable for high-volume production of mining-support components.
